1. About Fuel

Fuel is a nutrition and wellness application designed to help users track nutrition, monitor progress, analyse habits, and receive AI-powered coaching insights through NOVA.

Fuel is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Fuel is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or healthcare advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Fuel.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You must not:

• Share your account with others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.
• Misuse or interfere with the app or its services.

4. AI Coaching and Insights

Fuel provides AI-generated insights, recommendations, and coaching through NOVA.

AI-generated content:

• May contain inaccuracies.
• Is intended for general guidance only.
• Should not be relied upon as medical, nutritional, or professional advice.
• Should not replace advice from qualified healthcare professionals.

You remain responsible for your own decisions regarding diet, exercise, and health.

5. Nutrition Estimates

Features such as Meal Vision may estimate:

• Calories
• Macronutrients
• Portion sizes
• Food identification

These estimates are not guaranteed to be accurate and should be treated as approximations.

6. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Some features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription fees:

• Are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Can be managed through your device subscription settings.

Refunds are subject to Apple or Google policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Fuel for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Interfere with the operation of Fuel.
• Abuse AI systems or attempt to bypass restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

Fuel, NOVA, logos, branding, designs, and content are owned by Fuel or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Fuel available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuel shall not be liable for:

• Health outcomes
• Weight changes
• Nutritional decisions
• Lost data
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app

Use of Fuel is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

You may stop using Fuel and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Fuel after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
